Find the connection back to your body after baby (or babies). Join doctor of physical therapy, Women's Health specialist and founder of Plumb Line studio, Dr. Allison Oswald, as she takes you through a video series that will help you connect, heal and become inspired during this postnatal period.

You will learn practices and receive education in understanding how your core, breath and alignment work together to rebuild the framework of your body. These tools will allow you to go about your daily activities while also being consciously aware of body mechanics, alignment, breath and more. As well as be able to manage concerns such as abdominal separation, incontinence or pelvic/back pain, painful intercourse, just to name a few symptoms that could occur for you during this postpartum shift. Each video runs 5 - 7 minutes in length with a master video at the end summarizing all the movement practices that Allison suggests you do daily.
